 For my son s first birthday, i made a quick invitation for our birthday party ...

 i used these

plus a permanent marker to write on the soother... My boxes was pink and i covered them with blue tissue paper( χαρτι αφής). And i cut the numbers from a cereal box...

And let me saw you what my elder son did!

Και βέβαια βάπτιση χωρίς βαπτιστικα δε γίνεται! Η καλη μου φίλη Μαργιάνα λοιπόν, 

άκουσε όλες τις τρελές ιδέες μου και με πολλή δημιουργικότητα και αγάπη, 

γι αυτό που κάνει, έφτιαξε αυτα τα υπέροχα ρουχαλάκια...
Με κόκκινες λεπτομέρειες...

και όμορφα κεντημένα αερόστατα στις πετσετες και τα λαδόπανα...

Λοιπόν, είπα να σας δειξω και το δικό μας στολισμό,

τον οποίο έφτιαξα με τα χεράκια μου. 

Τα αερόστατα είναι απο ξύλο μπαλσα και βαμένα.

creative hours with kids

I am trying to find ways to keep my children away from tv. So beside the games, we  have an hour that we make crafts or painting,  together. I wanted to share with you this craft that we really enjoyed.

Clear plastic CD case
• plasticine in various colours
•  cord, yarn or raffia, for hanging loop
• Tools, such as a fork, pencil,  knife for making grooves, dots and other impressions on the clay

2nd challenge Advent calendar

i made a digital advent calendar and i finally printed it.

BOAT CRAFT

Few years ago a friend of mine brought me a little plane made from aluminium. I loved it.I wanted to find the right place for it, so i pasted it on a square cadre which i had painted like a sky. From this idea and since i had  a foil, that i had bought for a model, i made two ships  and i also made the decoration for my second son baptise.

BIRTHDAY INVITATIONS

 I made this invitations for my sons birthdays,   i hope you ll find them inspirational

1st year

My son made his handprint and i wrote the invitation with a 3D fabric paint

2nd year

Because of luck of time i bought cards and i gave them to my little one to paint them ,with his fingers He loved it!!!

3rd year

  a simple balloon with a handmade card saying the infos

  

4th year

Pirate party theme: a bottle with shells and a map made from HP birthday invitation and EPSONS paper

I also made little cheches and i organised a pirate treasure hunt. I took photos from our house, with furnitures and rooms and printed them on cards. It was a big success.

5th year

 Spinderman party and a puzzle nvitation.  

I found a photo from spidermans site and i added the bubble in photoshop Then i printed it and paste it on foam I also covered them with adhesive plastic cover, for more endurance and finally cut them. and  for my second son

1st year

I kept the bottles from  my sons birth, since i never used them. We had a beach party so i put incide shells and sand. For the guests i put sweets inside the bottles and labels with their names

2nd year

He loves boats and we had a lot of fun when he painted the papers from which i made the paper boats.

3rd year

My little pirate! He adores pirates, so i made these monoculars and i wrote the invitation on the membran with a DVD marker. I used toilet tube and cups for hot drinks and painted them.

Baptise- christening

I recently became a godmother of  a sweet little angel!!

I spent a lot of hours to find all the clothes and the necessary things, for the baptise and at the end i had nothing... Ι am so weird that i couldn t find anything to fit  my taste at a logic price. A friend of mine, Marianna  who  is an excellent tailor and loves crafts, gave me the solution !! I draw the custom and she realised my wish. But i have to admit that my contribution was minimal. She must take  all the credit for the excellent result... Everybody loved her work and alleady people started to ask me for  her phone number. I think that she is starting a new carier:)) and she loves the idea!!
